To adjust the Palm lace, we first need to loosen the Heel lace in order to gain access to the Palm section of the glove. This is why it costs $20 if you want the Palm lace adjusted.
We will do a thorough inspection of your glove, and if we see lace that needs special attention we will let you know. We wouldn’t want to make adjustments to aged or worn lace that could break a few weeks down the road.
